About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive execution of key service, quality, and growth initiatives
  • Perform comprehensive initial assessments
  • Manage or assist in managing day-to-day operations, including staff and client scheduling
  • Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires
  • Provide direct and indirect training and support to RBTs and BCBAs on ABA, relevant techniques, and programming
  • Implement and prepare program curricula and annual reports regarding program effectiveness
  • Provide direct services to clients and parents when appropriate
  • Communicate with treatment team members regarding programming, treatment hours, and ethical service provision
  • Complete annual performance evaluations for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ABA Supervisors
  • Communicate with Admissions, Payroll, Finance, Billing, and Human Resources regarding staff and client records management and payer relationships
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Provide the highest standard of care to children with Autism

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA
  • Experience with children ages 1–4 preferred
  • Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education required
  • BCBA certification
  • LBA license/certification
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to bend and squat for up to an hour per day
  • Ability to perform fine and gross motor activities, including bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting at floor level or in a chair, and standing for periods of time
  • Ability to follow a child throughout the center at a rapid pace when necessary
