About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive execution of key service, quality, and growth initiatives
- Perform comprehensive initial assessments
- Manage or assist with day-to-day operations of all services, including staff and client scheduling
- Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires
- Provide direct and indirect training and support to RBTs and BCBAs on ABA, relevant techniques, and required programming
- Implement and prepare program curricula and annual reports regarding program effectiveness
- Provide direct services to clients and parents when appropriate
- Communicate consistently with treatment team members regarding programming, treatment hours, and ethical service provision
- Complete annual performance evaluations for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ABA Supervisors
- Communicate with Admissions, Payroll, Finance, Billing, and Human Resources regarding staff and client records and payer relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA
- Experience with children ages 1–4 preferred
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Able to bend and squat for up to an hour per day
- Able to perform fine and gross motor activities, bend, kneel, squat, sit on the floor or in a chair, and stand for periods of time
- Able to follow children throughout the center, sometimes at a rapid pace
- Master’s in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education required
- BCBA certification
- LBA license/certification
