About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide Mid-Market and Small Enterprise customers through successful Gong platform deployment and initial adoption
Serve as the primary functional expert to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes
Manage multiple projects concurrently
Conduct discovery and business process mapping
Configure the Gong platform according to approved solution designs and customer requirements
Design and document solutions, including persona-based workflows, configuration blueprints, and deployment documentation
Support organizational change management activities to drive user adoption and sustained value realization
Own quality assurance, including test scenarios, User Acceptance Testing coordination, and post-go-live hypercare
Collaborate with customer technical teams to validate data, confirm integrations, and complete security checklists
Maintain functional knowledge of the Gong product suite and third-party integrations
Refine Professional Services delivery assets, templates, and best-practice guides
Partner with Sales and Customer Success across sales, implementation, and post-sales activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of consulting experience in a customer-facing Professional Services role, preferably focused on SaaS implementations
Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
Strong working knowledge of revenue operations and business processes, including pipeline management, sales cycles, and team structure
Proficiency designing and implementing solutions within a major CRM platform, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics
Solid technical aptitude and comfort with hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and customer technical teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to work in San Francisco or remotely within the United States is indicated by the location listing
