About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technological, innovative, strategic and analytical support to Resource Development Leaders and their teams in Corporate Development, Impact Giving and Individual Giving
  • Support donor research, including individual, generational giving trends, corporate, industry, and public and private foundation prospects
  • Research new technology considerations and optimize existing technology platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, AI and other core platforms
  • Support implementation of analytical applications for pipeline forecasting, representative performance analytics, monthly budget updates, and quarterly business review presentations
  • Support portfolio optimization to ensure donors receive timely communications and relevant information based on annual giving tier
  • Support outreach strategy for corporate donors with minimal transaction needs
  • Partner with departments on donor compliance, including receipts/thank-yous, impact stories, and meetings
  • Support monthly financial projections and annual budget planning
  • Prepare presentations, ad hoc analytical reports, and meetings, including quarterly business reviews, board meetings, and donor meetings
  • Connect Marketing and Communications with corporate donors by collecting media assets and coordinating collaboration opportunities
  • Manage tracking and progress of Resource Development team members’ annual goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s Degree in Marketing/Communications, Business Administration, Non-Profit management or similar, or equivalent years of experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with administrative/fundraising capacity
  • Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, and PPT
  • Proficient with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proficiency with research tools, AI and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of fundraising information sources for corporate donors, individual donors and foundation giving preferred
  • Strong people skills with ability to interact with groups and individuals at all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Willingness to take direction
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid office/home environment
  • Required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete Form I-9 upon hire
