About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain full-stack features across APIs, data layers, and frontend experiences
- Contribute to architecture and system design decisions by evaluating trade-offs
- Own work end-to-end from idea through implementation, testing, documentation, and deployment
- Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Review code with a focus on quality, clarity, and knowledge sharing
- Communicate technical decisions clearly and accessibly to keep the team aligned
- Collaborate with Product, Design, UX, and other teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer, with frontend experience using React, Vue, or similar
- Experience building real products and collaborating with Product, Design, and UX teams
- Product mindset focused on user and business value
- Solid experience with C# on modern .NET 8, 9, or 10
- Strong REST API design and consumption experience, including versioning, OpenAPI, OAuth2, pagination, rate limits, and retries
- Comfortable writing SQL directly against PostgreSQL via Dapper or a similar micro-ORM
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, Docker, and basic Kubernetes
- Familiarity with system design, service boundaries, data modeling, and scalability
- Experience troubleshooting production issues using logs and traces, ideally structured logging and Grafana/Loki
- Experience using LLM tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor for coding, research, documentation, and ideation
- Experience with other languages and frameworks, especially Node, Vue, or React, desired
- AWS/EKS experience is a plus
