About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute end-to-end video and live productions, including filming, editing and studio operation
- Research shooting locations and experts
- Manage productions from briefing through delivery
- Ensure production quality and timely execution
- Collaborate with creative, production and technical stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows
- Support adoption of AI-enhanced production tools
- Maintain consistent production quality across projects
- Contribute to studio equipment management, render workflows, storage solutions and technical tooling
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in video production and post-production
- Experience with live productions, technical production setups and studio operations
- Strong affinity with innovation, scalable media production and AI-enhanced workflows
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, operational and technical stakeholders
- Experience working with broadcast and/or cinema cameras
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Nice to have: experience with AI-assisted tooling such as Synthesia and Artlist's AI
