About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement front-end frameworks and shared component libraries across the product line
- Use AI-driven software processes to build and expand GoodLeap Pros front-end and full-stack services across various technologies
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Lead initiatives within the Pros Selling organization
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design through testing and deployment
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in AI-driven software development best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high system availability
- Design, develop, and scale the GoodLeap Pros platform for home contractors
- Build reliable, secure, and performance-optimized systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of front-end software development experience using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Experience developing across the full software stack with AI and agentic software development practices
- Ability to design secure, scalable, and failure-resilient systems
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative mindset
- Passion for clean code, continuous improvement, and software engineering best practices
- Familiarity with mobile development, especially Flutter, three.js, shadcn/radix, TanStack, and Python (nice to have)
