About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and scale GoodRx’s conditions subscriptions business end-to-end
  • Own business performance, including P&L and unit economics
  • Develop and execute the business strategy and growth roadmap
  • Partner with Marketing on customer acquisition strategy and execution
  • Define, test, and optimize pricing, refill cadence, bundles, referral, and loyalty strategies
  • Improve the telehealth customer funnel using data and customer insights
  • Develop onboarding, retention, save, win-back, upsell, and cross-sell programs
  • Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Data, Finance, Clinical Operations, and other teams
  • Use analytics to forecast performance, identify opportunities and risks, and prioritize improvements
  • Advise senior leadership on subscription business decisions
  • Monitor competitive and market landscapes and develop recommendations
  • Integrate condition subscriptions with GoodRx savings, mail order, labs, and content offerings
  • Operate within healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements and support MLR reviews
  • Manage relationships with provider groups, pharmacies, labs, and other partners
  • Strengthen team effectiveness through goals, operating mechanisms, accountability, coaching, and guidance
  • Influence senior and executive stakeholders and carry decisions through execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires 15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; 12 years with a master’s degree; or 8 years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
  • MBA or another relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Extensive experience across product, growth, general management, or related disciplines
  • Deep expertise in subscriptions, recurring revenue, and consumer businesses
  • Proven experience with significant accountability for a P&L or major business line
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Experience scaling a D2C telehealth, healthcare, or subscription business to millions of users and/or $50M+ in annual recurring revenue preferred
  • Experience operating within HIPAA, MLR, healthcare advertising requirements, and platform policies preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable state telemedicine requirements and FTC/FDA advertising standards
  • Compliance with Company safety and security policies and procedures
