About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Audit and organize existing case studies, pitch materials, presentations, white papers, POVs, credentials content, research and other marketing collateral
  • Build and maintain a centralized library of marketing and business development content
  • Establish tagging, categorization, naming and version-control standards
  • Organize content by industry, capability, service, client challenge, business outcome, audience and use case
  • Evaluate and help implement a content and knowledge management platform and structure
  • Establish processes for submitting, reviewing, updating, approving and retiring content
  • Develop content inventories, capability summaries, pitch libraries and reference guides
  • Identify content gaps and recommend new materials
  • Develop case studies and client stories with Marketing, New Business and subject matter experts
  • Translate complex work into clear, compelling stories highlighting client goals, approach and business impact
  • Gather information through interviews, documentation, performance data and internal research
  • Maintain approved case studies, proof points and client success stories
  • Support pitch decks, RFP responses, credentials presentations, one-pagers and other new business materials
  • Adapt relevant case studies, capabilities, proof points and thought leadership for prospects and pitch narratives
  • Support pitch resources, templates and pitch lab materials
  • Capture and repurpose materials, narratives, research and proof points from new business pursuits
  • Support white papers, POVs, playbooks, research summaries and other thought leadership
  • Repurpose content into presentations, social content and sales enablement materials
  • Use Canva, PowerPoint, AI-enabled tools and other resources to create and refine content
  • Manage projects, stakeholders and deadlines across Marketing and New Business
  • Create project plans, timelines and status updates
  • Coordinate feedback and approvals across teams
  • Maintain documentation and communicate proactively as priorities change
  • Report to the VP of Marketing and partner with the Director of New Business, Marketing, Business Development, subject matter experts and organizational leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, agency marketing, new business, proposals, sales enablement, marketing operations, communications or a related field
  • Experience supporting pitches, RFPs, proposals, credentials presentations or other growth-related materials
  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across departments without direct authority
  • Demonstrated experience developing case studies, customer stories, white papers, POVs, presentations or similar content
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling and project management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing a large volume of information
  • Experience creating or maintaining content libraries, knowledge bases, asset repositories or other structured information systems
  • Ability to understand complex services and client work and translate them into clear, compelling stories
  • Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with content management, knowledge management or digital asset management platforms
  • Strong judgment and an understanding of what makes marketing content useful, credible and persuasive
  • Collaborative, flexible and willing to take ownership in a developing function
  • Curiosity about advertising, marketing, media, commerce, technology and business growth
