About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and grow Goodweek’s business across the UK market
- Own the Sell → Activate → Prove → Expand journey for Distributors and MSPs
- Identify, qualify and recruit new MSPs in the UK market
- Build and maintain an MSP pipeline in Salesforce with expected volumes and timing
- Lead commercial negotiations and bring MSPs to signature
- Run onboarding sessions, trainings and personalized product demos
- Build MSP-specific use cases and provide appropriate enablement content
- Measure and document end-user engagement and build business cases for broader adoption
- Help MSPs develop active customer pipelines and drive incremental license growth
- Identify churn or disengagement signals and implement remediation plans
- Co-build MSP growth roadmaps covering customers, use cases and verticals
- Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts and review activation, customer, engagement and license-growth indicators
- Diagnose performance gaps, implement corrective actions and share insights with the VP Sales
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day MSP issues and questions
- Investigate and resolve issues where possible and escalate with full context to engineering
- Provide structured feedback on the product, product marketing and activation framework
- For distributor-sourced MSPs, own activation, onboarding, training, adoption and expansion after the VP Channel’s sales handoff
- Run operating cadences with distributor regional teams, including pipeline, enablement and issues reviews
- Feed reliable field data and performance diagnosis to leadership for distributor reviews and escalations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent English
- Additional languages relevant to the territory are advantageous
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management or partner/channel growth
- Ideally 2–3 years working with MSPs, Distributors or technology partners
- Proven ability to win new partners and grow existing accounts across prospecting, commercial negotiation, onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Ability to translate customer challenges into practical AI use cases and measurable business value
- Experience running partner enablement, onboarding, training and regular pipeline or performance reviews
- Strong commercial discipline, including accurate Salesforce management and forecasting
- Ability to use adoption data to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Technical confidence to demonstrate a SaaS platform, understand integrations and workflows, troubleshoot first-line issues and escalate effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Comfortable working with operational teams and senior stakeholders
- Hands-on, proactive and accountable mindset
- Comfortable working across functions, adapting quickly and taking ownership beyond a narrow sales remit
