About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered applications, automation solutions, and agent-based systems
Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to understand workflows, gather requirements, and translate needs into technical solutions
Develop software components and integrations using C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, React, APIs, and related development frameworks
Configure and support AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services and related cloud technologies
Assist in implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agent workflows using LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, or LlamaIndex
Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute recommendations for scalable, maintainable solutions
Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and validation processes
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
Follow software development lifecycle, change management, security, and operational standards
Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, deployment procedures, and support materials
Collaborate with Information Security and stakeholders to support secure, compliant, and responsible AI use
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of development practices and team knowledge
Participate in pilot programs, proof-of-concepts, and technology evaluations related to AI and automation
Support user training, adoption activities, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, development practices, and industry trends
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 2-4 years of professional software development experience
Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting software applications in a professional environment
Experience with one or more modern programming languages, preferably Python, C#, and/or TypeScript
Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
Exposure to AI, machine learning, large language models, or intelligent automation technologies
Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, or LlamaIndex
Experience working within a structured SDLC environment
Software development skills using Python, C#, TypeScript, or similar technologies
Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and application integrations
Understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, agent-based systems, prompt engineering, and RAG
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated accountability, collaboration, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning
