About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and manage IT project roadmaps aligned with firm strategy and technology priorities
Establish project plans, milestones, timelines, and stakeholder accountability
Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to drive technology initiatives
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure accountability for deliverables and follow through on commitments
Standardize project management processes and best practices
Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder communications
Monitor and report on project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery outcomes
Support initiative prioritization based on business impact and resource availability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT project management or a related function
Experience supporting complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
Experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred
Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
Ability to build and manage project roadmaps and timelines
Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to drive accountability and influence without direct authority
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and solve problems proactively
