About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and support onboarding and integration experiences for new hires across business services and legal professional populations
  • Implement and maintain role-based onboarding journeys, integration plans, and resources
  • Partner with managers and stakeholders to support onboarding readiness and a consistent employee experience
  • Coordinate onboarding programming, orientation sessions, welcome activities, and integration touchpoints
  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, communications, guides, and resources
  • Improve onboarding workflows, templates, and operational processes using feedback, data, and best practices
  • Gather and synthesize feedback to improve onboarding effectiveness and integration outcomes
  • Monitor onboarding activities, milestones, participation, and engagement
  • Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Learning & Professional Development, and IT
  • Leverage technology, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and employee experience
  • Support four Inclusion Network leadership teams through meeting coordination, materials, communications, logistics, and follow-up
  • Develop and distribute OIB resources, communications, presentations, and engagement materials
  • Build relationships with Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Learning & Professional Development, Recruiting, and business stakeholders
  • Research and share trends and best practices related to inclusion, belonging, employee experience, and workplace culture
  • Help manage firmwide OIB programming, campaigns, and awareness resources
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, briefing materials, executive summaries, and leadership communications
  • Maintain project plans, documentation, meeting notes, and progress updates
  • Identify process dependencies and improve workflows and operational effectiveness
  • Support change management and implementation efforts
  • Provide administrative, scheduling, documentation, and coordination support
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination
  • Perform other assigned responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
  • Experience in OIB/DEIB, employee experience, HR, onboarding, or talent development preferred
  • Experience coordinating programs, events, projects, or operations is strongly preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated systems-thinking capabilities
  • Excellent presentation development and visual communication skills (PowerPoint)
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
  • Analytical skills, including the ability to interpret, summarize, and communicate data-driven insights
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Occasional travel and evening event support may be required
