About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide daily leadership and promote the development of Virtual Legal Support (VLS)
  • Support attorneys and staff across all 50 U.S. states
  • Be available to the team during their shifts, including occasional weekends
  • Manage workflow by tracking tasks and identifying bottlenecks
  • Work with upper management to implement process improvements
  • Evaluate and recommend effective resource allocation across services based on workload and deadlines
  • Navigate a high volume of communication with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Lead by example and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant leadership experience in a large multi-location defense litigation firm
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Law firm experience is required
  • Advanced skillset using Microsoft Suite Programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work the specified evening/night hours across U.S. time zones
