About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani’s Philadelphia office as a Civil Litigation Attorney
- Focus on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation
- Engage in complex litigation in state and federal court
- Handle first party property claims, UM/UIM claims, Pennsylvania bad faith law, coverage disputes, and insurance agent/broker matters
- Participate in court appearances and hearings
- Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Engage in forward-facing client interactions
- Develop professionally in a collaborative and collegial environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience with litigation involving first party property claims
- Experience with UM/UIM claims
- Experience with Pennsylvania bad faith law
- Experience with coverage disputes
- Experience with insurance agents/brokers
- Excellent litigation skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent persuasive speaking skills
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
- Admission to New Jersey is a plus
- Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Availability for in-person court appearances and hearings is required
- Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample
