About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–10 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience with first party property claims
- Experience with UM/UIM claims
- Experience with California bad faith law
- Experience with coverage disputes
- Experience with insurance agents/brokers
- Excellent litigation skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent persuasive speaking skills
- Driven team player
- Availability for in-person court appearances and hearings
- Trial experience preferred but not mandatory
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California
- Cover letter, resume, and writing sample required for consideration
