Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of at least three years’ experience
- Candidates must reside in Delaware
- Must be admitted to practice Delaware
- Experience in Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, or Insurance Defense
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven research skills
- Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Trial experience preferred but not required
- Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample
