Key responsibilities & impact- Handle civil litigation matters as a defense litigator
- Work within practice groups including Products Liability, General Liability, Complex Commercial, Construction, and Professional Liability
- Conduct research and prepare written litigation work
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
- Interact directly with clients
- Handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Collaborate in a national and local law firm environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience (all experience levels are welcome to apply)
- Defense litigation experience in one or more of: Products Liability, General Liability, Complex Commercial, Construction, or Professional Liability
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven research skills
- Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Trial experience preferred but not required
- Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample
