What you’ll need

Defense litigation experience in one or more of Products Liability, General Liability, Complex Commercial, Construction, or Professional Liability
Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
Strong academic background
Proven research skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey
Admission to practice in Pennsylvania is a plus
Trial experience preferred but not required
