Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of civil litigation practice
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Oregon
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven research skills
- Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Driven team player
- Trial experience preferred but not required
- Experience in Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, or General Liability law encouraged
