Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience as a civil litigation attorney
Defense litigation experience in one or more of: Healthcare, Bad Faith, Commercial, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, and Transportation litigation
Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision
Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
Strong academic background
Proven research skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines
Experience taking depositions, arguing motions, and assisting with civil trials in state and federal court preferred but not required
Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample
