Requirements

What you’ll need

Civil litigation with 3+ years of practice
Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Oregon
Experience in one or more of the following areas of law: Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, or General Liability
Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
Strong academic background
Proven research skills
Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
Trial experience preferred but not required
