Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate or senior counsel openings in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group
- Outstanding litigation, writing, and persuasive advocacy skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven research capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and/or West Virginia
