About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle cutting-edge litigation involving novel legal issues
- Work primarily on data breach and technology litigation, including direct and class actions
- Address matters involving data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation
- Handle matters from inception with minimal supervision
- Provide superior client service
- Collaborate within Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani’s Cyber, Privacy and Data Security and Technology Litigation Group
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3+ years of legal experience
- Focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation
- Excellent academic background
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to handle matters from inception with minimal supervision
- Commitment to superior client service
- Knowledge of state-level privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA
- Experience with data breach and cybersecurity class action litigation
- Experience with technology/errors and omissions litigation
- Law firm experience highly preferred
- CIPP/US certification highly preferred
- Submit a cover letter, resume, salary requirements, and writing sample
