About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle employment litigation matters

Requirements
What you’ll need- Reside and be licensed to practice in either New Jersey or Pennsylvania
- At least 3 years of employment experience is ideal
- Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently
- Trial experience preferred but not required
- Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample
- Preference for candidates admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania
