Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of general liability litigation experience
  • Construction Law/NYS Labor Law 200, 240, and 241 experience is a significant plus
  • Solid knowledge of applicable law, including counseling and litigation
  • Excellent academic background
  • Proven writing, analysis, and research skills
  • Ability to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to superior client service
  • Admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction: New York, Connecticut, or New Jersey
  • Cover letter, resume, and writing sample required
  • Trial experience preferred but not required
