Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Litigation Law Clerk position in the Livingston office
  • Legal research experience or ability
  • Ability to prepare for, attend, and summarize depositions
  • Ability to coordinate with witnesses
  • Ability to communicate with clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers, and other staff
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample
