Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm
- Previous experience with commercial litigation, including obtaining and reviewing documents and drafting discovery
- Familiarity with federal guidelines and filing requirements is a plus
- Must be familiar with Pennsylvania rules and procedures
- Minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation in Pennsylvania
- Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
- Cover letter and resume required for consideration
