Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience with Insurance Defense Litigation
- Familiarity with State and Federal rules of civil procedures
- Ability to work independently on pleadings, medical records request and review, medical chronologies, deposition summaries, document review, case management, file organization, investigations, research, e-discovery, and trial support
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in document management software such as iManage and Relativity preferred
- Proficiency in electronic filing, including CM/ECF, preferred
- Proficiency in calendaring software preferred
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Paralegal certification required
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
