Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Able to handle a large caseload, including high exposure cases, around the country
- Team player
- Hard-working and self-motivated
- Deposition, oral argument, and mediation experience preferred
- Trial experience preferred but not required
- Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample
