About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run the product across commercial cloud, FedRAMP High in AWS GovCloud, and IL5 environments
  • Maintain and adapt Supabase and Trigger.dev builds for restricted networks
  • Operate Kubernetes clusters, GitOps pipelines, networking, and observability across environments
  • Make provisioning new environments repeatable
  • Build infrastructure for AI agents, including agentic harnesses, automated remediation loops, and deployment tooling
  • Integrate customer data with the deployment team
  • Support thousands of enterprise users managing billions in government contracts
  • Own infrastructure and security from design through production and answer customer security-control questions
  • Work directly with the CTO and cofounders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or security engineering roles
  • Experience building infrastructure that other engineers depend on
  • Deep production Kubernetes experience, including cluster operations, networking, GitOps, and upgrades without downtime
  • Experience taking infrastructure through a real migration or scaling event and explaining what broke
  • Secure-by-default practices, including hardened images, least-privilege access, network policy, and secrets management
  • Extensive AI experience
  • U.S. citizenship or other U.S. Person status required
  • Ability to work on-site in person at the Brooklyn, NY office at least 3 days per week
  • Active or previous security clearance is a plus, not required
  • Nice to have: FedRAMP, IL, HIPAA, or other regulated-environment experience; Postgres operations; backend TypeScript; open-source infrastructure work
