About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own onboarding from signed award through go-live as the single point of accountability for activating agency teams
  • Lead discovery with new agency customers and build deployment plans around organizational structure, workflows, and compliance requirements
  • Translate acquisition workflows into product configuration, training, and measurable paths to value, including PALT reduction and obligation outcomes
  • Drive adoption by embedding GovSignals in day-to-day acquisition workflows from market research through source selection and post-award oversight
  • Drive expansion and renewals through documented mission outcomes, measurable time-to-award improvements, and new use cases
  • Carry agency feedback into product, pricing, and roadmap decisions
  • Turn cross-customer insights into go-to-market improvements
  • Work closely with Product Engineering to improve the platform and customer experience
  • Work directly with program offices, contracting shops, and acquisition teams across defense and civilian government enterprises
  • Configure the platform to agency workflows, train teams, measure adoption, and drive expansion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Federal Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services, Implementation, Program Management, or Account Management supporting complex enterprise or federal customers
  • Experience working directly with federal agencies, government contractors, or organizations supporting the federal government in customer-facing, operational, or strategic roles
  • Deep understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle and workflows supporting requirements development, market research, solicitation, source selection, contract administration, and program execution
  • Strong critical thinking and sound judgment
  • Ability to independently lead customer engagements, solve complex problems, and drive successful outcomes
  • Technical understanding of enterprise platforms, APIs, data flows, integrations, and product configuration
  • Experience deploying software within FedRAMP, DoD Impact Level, or other highly regulated environments is nice to have
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and the ATO process is nice to have
  • Ideal background in GovTech, DefenseTech, federal consulting, military service, or federal civilian service, especially contracting, program management, or acquisition roles (1102, PM, COR, or equivalent)
  • Extensive AI experience expected
  • Open only to U.S. citizens and other U.S. Persons
  • Ability to work on-site, in-person at the Brooklyn, NY or Washington, D.C. office
