About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and communicate GP Strategies' technology and product portfolio vision
Develop and own a global roadmap aligned to client needs, market trends, and business priorities
Decide when to build, buy, partner, or integrate technology solutions
Lead development of technology-enabled products and services supporting business growth
Prioritize initiatives based on client impact, commercial value, strategic fit, and delivery feasibility
Establish portfolio governance and investment frameworks
Shape the approach to AI-enabled products, services, and internal capabilities
Identify opportunities where automation, data, and AI improve efficiency, client outcomes, and competitive differentiation
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with responsible AI principles
Lead global Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Support Services teams
Build a high-performing culture focused on innovation, accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
Partner with organizational stakeholders to drive delivery and adoption of strategic initiatives
Develop technology-enabled solutions that create competitive advantage
Support proposition development, client engagement, and revenue growth through technology innovation
Measure success through business outcomes, client value, adoption, and commercial performance
Report to the Chief People & Technology Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant leadership experience in Product, Technology, Engineering, Digital, or Innovation functions
Experience leading global teams and operating in complex matrix organizations
Successful track record of developing and scaling technology-enabled products, platforms, or services
Experience translating market opportunities and customer needs into clear product and technology strategies
Strong understanding of AI, SaaS platforms, enterprise technology, and digital transformation
Commercial acumen and experience influencing growth, revenue, or investment decisions
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Experience in learning technology, talent or HR technology, professional services, consulting, digital transformation, enterprise software, workforce transformation, or technology-enabled services
