Requirements

What you’ll need

Exceptional customer client service skills and a technical aptitude
Technical knowledge of WebEx, MS Teams, Zoom, or similar training platforms for virtual classroom course delivery
Ability to provide high-quality operational and communication capabilities for seamless information transfer between instructors and service provider
Ability to provide technical support to students joining the session one hour before class
Ability to respond to all non-urgent items related to scheduled class sessions in less than 24 hours
Ability to support training sessions during regular business hours
