About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects from internal pre-kick-off meetings through hand-off, final asset delivery, and post-launch evaluation
  • Serve as the central point of communication for internal teams, clients, account leadership, Operations, project team members, and contractors
  • Develop project plans and manage scope, resources, risks, transitions, maintenance, and support
  • Manage scope of work, project plans, expectations, communications, change control, budget monitoring, and business needs
  • Communicate alignment among projects, Operations, Account Managers, and client-level initiatives
  • Maintain stakeholder communications regarding project schedule, budget, scope, and risk
  • Provide ad-hoc support to project teams during implementation
  • Lead lessons learned and project implementation reviews after completion
  • Manage priorities and ensure milestones, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met
  • Prepare and coordinate internal and external team meetings, including agendas, notes, action items, and stakeholder distribution
  • Interface with subcontractors and consultants to ensure project alignment and adequate staffing
  • Conduct internal project review meetings and serve as the project information source
  • Report client feedback, concerns, comments, and questions to the project team
  • Perform final GP reviews and monitor deliverables for quality
  • Manage print and delivery schedules for asset production and source materials supporting the learning experience
  • Maintain the final asset repository
  • Recommend process improvements to leadership
  • Help manage intake requests and gather requirements for staffing decisions
  • Help identify, coordinate, and direct project staff and provide insight into staffing transitions and future assignments
  • Support project escalations and risk mitigation planning
  • Maintain visibility to projects on forecast

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline preferred
