About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the Founder's priorities, follow-through, and operational details
  • Research prospects, coordinate outreach, and track business development opportunities in HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Plan events end-to-end, including NYC client gatherings and dinners in Paris
  • Support the Founder's writing projects from research through finished draft
  • Handle travel bookings, itineraries, and trip logistics
  • Prepare the Founder for meetings and pitches with appropriate materials and context
  • Take on personal and logistical tasks that free up the Founder's time
  • Track action items across every workstream
  • Help ensure new business, events, and projects move promptly and professionally
  • Support positive first impressions for clients, prospects, and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3+ years in coordination, executive support, operations, or sales support
  • Fluent in English and French, spoken and written (required)
  • Based in NYC (required)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and relentless about follow-through
  • Proactive — you anticipate needs rather than wait to be asked
  • A strong writer and communicator
  • Energized by variety: research one minute, event planning the next
  • Curious about creative agencies, branding, and experiential marketing
  • Calm under pressure, and trustworthy with sensitive work
  • Bonus: experience at a creative agency or professional services firm, or working with French-speaking clients
