About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and enhance Grafana data source plugins
Build or improve plugins integrating third-party services or databases into Grafana
Support the operation and reliability of plugins in Grafana Cloud
Suggest process improvements
Integrate data sources with agentic workflows such as Grafana Assistant
Provide technical support during customer escalations
Collaborate closely with the Grafana Division
Design solutions, incorporate feedback, and deliver large projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience with Golang and Typescript
Experience with Kubernetes and microservices
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
Experience participating in an on-call rotation and performing operations/SRE tasks
Comfortable working in a remote-first company
Residents of Quebec are not eligible for this role
