Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct strategic, operational, and financial performance of two branch locations in Fairfield, Ohio and Dayton, Ohio
  • Communicate company goals, lead through change, and maintain service standards to achieve preferred supplier status
  • Make data-driven decisions supporting business objectives and customer needs while balancing service quality, cost efficiency, ethics, and integrity
  • Foster internal and external partnerships to position the branch network and technical expertise as key differentiators
  • Manage operating expenses to meet financial targets and eliminate non-value-added activities
  • Drive continuous improvement through team participation in CI initiatives and compliance with branch quality standards and service excellence
  • Create safe, secure, and well-maintained branch facilities while enforcing laws, company policies, and contract requirements
  • Cultivate an engaging and inclusive work environment through communication, professional development, and succession planning
  • Execute talent management strategies, staffing targets, bench recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and recognition
  • Lead Branch Team Leads and drive team engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years prior leadership required
  • 1+ years managing multiple sites preferred
  • Ability to lead through complexity across different markets and conflicting priorities
  • Experience with remote leadership of non-exempt, individual contributors
  • Project management, planning, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to lead initiatives, manage projects and drive change
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
  • Strong acumen in Microsoft products, PowerBI, SAP and other systems
  • Driving results
  • Verbal and written communication
