Key responsibilities & impact

Provide solutions and connect with walk-in customers
Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, product picking, and loading customer vehicles
Maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty
Adapt communication style for email, phone, and in-person interactions
Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipping products
Prepare customer backorders and put away received stock
Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment
Perform inventory counts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance
Ability to learn and operate powered industrial equipment
Ability to learn and navigate different computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities
Ability to comply with safety guidelines and process standards, including wearing personal protective equipment
