About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide solutions and connect with walk-in customers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for branch team members using inclusive behaviors and multitasking/prioritization
  • Maximize sales opportunities and lead by example with showroom sales promotions and product specials
  • Oversee the entire customer experience, including product selection, accurate order entry and maintenance, safely picking product, and safely loading customer vehicles
  • Navigate several computer applications for customer-facing and warehouse activities
  • Perform branch sales-focused actions to maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty
  • Complete and take responsibility for branch processes important to branch operations and effectiveness
  • Shift focus to perform a variety of warehouse tasks
  • Report to the Branch Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in related field
  • Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance
  • Adapt communication and style to differing audiences, including different personality types, other team members, written/email, phone, and in-person communication
  • Operate powered industrial equipment
