About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Travel across the country to help customers organize and optimize their maintenance shops
Serve as the face of Imperial at customer locations
Partner with the Sales team to create organized, efficient maintenance shops
Install and organize inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups
Identify, label, stock, and optimize maintenance products for improved workflow
Train customers on ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools
Travel Monday through Friday to customer locations throughout the United States
Build strong customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comfortable with frequent overnight travel (up to 90% during scheduled work weeks)
Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments
A valid driver's license is required
High school diploma (or equivalent) is required
