  • Ability to scan inventory for ordering purposes as inventory is depleted
  • Ability to resolve customer problems promptly
  • Ability to follow designated routes defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides
  • Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time
  • Ability to comply with safety and inspection requirements of customer facilities
  • Ability to engage customers to identify additional product needs
  • Ability to probe for customer needs during each site visit and work with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings
