About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to a Supervisor or Manager of Onsite Services
- Assist the local KeepStock team with inventory management execution and customer service excellence
- Assist with pre-implementation and implementation processes for new KeepStock installations
- Assist with customer training and customer inventory management activities
- Perform machine break/fix activities at customer sites
- Implement territory work related to customer inventory projects
- Perform data collection at customer sites and ensure accurate information for KeepStock implementation
- Perform implementation responsibilities for new customers or new services
- Assist customers with staging, labeling, and organizing products at customer sites
- Complete product relocation and discontinuation processes
- Cover PTO and perform route-based responsibilities and activities when needed
- Actively listen, ask questions, communicate effectively, and engage to provide the best customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years' experience in customer service or warehouse environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Technical skills and experience solving problems
- Experience managing several projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license in State of residence
- Required levels of automobile insurance
