About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform warehouse and inventory management responsibilities
Receive product from multiple sources, including Grainger competitors; put away product and maximize cube space
Process backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet order ready times
Pick and stage customer orders
Pick and prepare customer orders, tracking items removed from the crib
Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Perform groundskeeping and trash collection/disposal
Assist customers with picking up and loading product
Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty
Report to the On-Site Service Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in related field
Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs
Ability to operate computerized scanning equipment and PC-based programs, including SAP
Customer service and sales growth oriented
