About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive product from multiple sources including Grainger competitors; put away product and maximize cube space
Process backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet order ready times
Pick and stage customer orders to achieve goals and customer expectations
Pick and prepare orders for customers, including tracking items removed from crib
Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Grounds keeping and trash collection/disposal to provide a clean appearance for customers and employees
Support customer service by assisting customers with picking up and loading product
Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty
Report to the On-Site Service Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in related field
Ability to lift 25 to 60lbs
Ability to operate computerized scanning equipment and PC based programs including SAP
Customer service and sales growth oriented
