Key responsibilities & impact

Identify business needs, analyze requirements, and propose solutions to improve business processes and operations
Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop data-driven business analyses
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Assist functional teams, the Enterprise PMO, and the business systems team with key initiatives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies
Support Granicus's mission of connecting governments and residents through cloud-based digital solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Pursuing an interest in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis tools such as Excel
Good written communication skills, including experience with PowerPoint
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to present ideas and make recommendations
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsible for appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of company information assets
Responsible for ensuring data privacy and completing required privacy training
