Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing Account Executives and coaching them through complex $100K+ deals
  • Strong understanding of the government technology landscape, particularly in the Canadian market
  • Proven leadership experience managing sales teams
  • Experience with account planning, quota setting, and pipeline management
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and corrective actions
  • Proven success recruiting, developing, and retaining sales talent
  • Data-driven sales operations experience, including trend analysis, process improvement, and change implementation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-first approach to expanding relationships and identifying opportunities
  • Commitment to continuous learning and sharing industry insights
  • Responsible for preserving confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information assets
  • Responsible for ensuring employee and customer data privacy and completing required privacy training
