About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in full life cycle Workday implementations, including planning, design, and build phases
  • Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals
  • Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
  • Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption
  • Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment
  • Provide post-production support
  • Assist with functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures
  • Participate in pre-sales activities as needed
  • Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required
  • Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
  • Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Workday
  • Knowledge of Workday modules and Workday Applications
  • Industry recognized professional certification required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports
  • Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity applications
  • Experience installing, configuring, and implementing Workday Applications
  • Exposure or training on Workday Applications
  • Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects
  • Strong leadership skills; able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents
  • Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives
  • Ability to travel as needed; expected travel up to 40%
