About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead execution of onboarding for new employers to prepare them for open enrollment and ongoing administration
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for new employers and/or brokers during onboarding
  • Assess employer needs with Gravie Sales Representatives, employers, and/or brokers
  • Customize project plans for each new employer
  • Gather and coordinate internal Gravie teams to prepare for new employers and members
  • Educate employers and/or brokers on Gravie's ICHRA processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with Product, Gravie Care, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Sales, and Account Management teams
  • Serve as project manager for interdepartmental initiatives
  • Ensure clear communication, collaboration, smooth sales-to-account-management transitions, and delivery of company objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of project management or equivalent experience
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask numerous different projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in multi-departmental problem solving
  • Previous experience with a start-up or high growth organization (extra credit)
  • Previous experience with an ICHRA TPA or ICHRA product (extra credit)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must not require employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
