About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead client-facing discovery and UX strategy engagements, including stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, audience and journey analysis, heuristic reviews, competitive analysis, and experience audits
  • Translate business goals, user needs, content requirements, analytics, SEO considerations, and technical constraints into clear UX recommendations
  • Define information architecture, user journeys, functional requirements, sitemap structures, wireframes, prototypes, and experience principles
  • Present strategic recommendations and build alignment among client and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure UX recommendations support conversion, accessibility, usability, content findability, and broader digital experience strategy
  • Provide conversion rate optimization recommendations, outline variant hypotheses, run A/B tests, and report results
  • Own UX workstreams from discovery through design handoff
  • Act as the UX point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations, facilitating working sessions, and handling feedback
  • Partner with project management, strategy, content, SEO, visual design, development, analytics, and account leadership
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and open decisions and provide recommendations to keep projects moving
  • Review work for quality, consistency, accessibility, usability, and alignment with approved strategy
  • Support handoff to visual design, development, QA, and launch by documenting requirements, decisions, flows, and interaction details
  • Collaborate across Gravity’s global Digital Experience team in the US, UK, and Vietnam
  • Contribute to reusable frameworks, templates, playbooks, and documentation
  • Represent UX/UI in planning, scope development, estimation, new business, and client growth conversations
  • Stay current with UX practices, accessibility standards, AI-enabled experiences, search behavior, personalization, analytics, and digital platforms
  • Improve UX methods, tools, deliverables, and client offerings
  • Use AI and automation thoughtfully for research, synthesis, iteration, documentation, and quality review
  • Maintain project documentation, timekeeping, status updates, and administrative records
  • Participate in meetings, training, knowledge-sharing, recruitment, and agency-wide initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically, 5+ years of professional experience in UX, particularly for websites in complex B2B spaces
  • Demonstrated experience leading client-facing UX strategy and delivery for websites, digital platforms, applications, or other complex digital experiences
  • Experience leading discovery, requirements definition, information architecture, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and design handoff
  • Experience working in an agency, consultancy, product organization, or other environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Experience managing client relationships, facilitating workshops, presenting recommendations, and guiding decisions at senior levels
  • Experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional, and international teams
  • Strong command of UX strategy, user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and responsive digital experience principles
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and ability to provide recommendations, variant recommendations and run A/B testing programs
  • Proficiency with Figma and related tools for wireframing, prototyping, documentation, and collaborative review
  • Ability to turn ambiguous business and user problems into structured recommendations, requirements, and deliverables
  • Working knowledge of accessibility, usability testing, analytics-informed UX, SEO, content strategy, design systems, and web development considerations
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
  • Comfortable working within tight timelines and juggling multiple clients in different industries
  • Desirable: experience with B2B, enterprise, or complex multi-market digital experiences
  • Desirable: experience with usability testing, accessibility audits, CRO, personalization, or website analytics
  • Desirable: familiarity with Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, HubSpot, or other enterprise CMS platforms
  • Desirable: experience with design systems, component libraries, modular content models, or composable architectures
  • Desirable: experience applying AI tools to research, synthesis, prototyping, content, or experience optimization
